Here are the pictures of the damages I took Dec 2010.
Room #1 (Appears to be either a fist or a head impression).
Room #1 (Is an obvious kicked hole in the wall)
Room #1 (2nd obvious kick hole in the wall) opposite wall from one above
Room #1 (more of the same)
Damaged sink in BR adjoining room one. This was reported as damaged in the infamous fight.
Another shot same sink.
Unreported plug damaged in Room #2. Major fire hazard. I personally replaced this plug before I left.
Room #4 door. The door is damaged beyond simple repair. It can't be cost effectively be replaced with a modern door due to a number of factors. The 2 options are have a cabinet maker custom make a new door or have a cabinet maker try and replace the entire outer edge of the door. JJ took this door home with him as he knows a few people who can actually do this kind of specialty work. We have no idea of the cost on this yet.
Room #4 carpet. Mystery stain, this is green & oily. My best guess is "massage" oil.
Room #4 carpet. Mystery stain #2 ,more of the same.
Room #4 carpet This appears to be a burn from a flat iron or some other hair styling tool.
The story here is 2 weeks ago a "Red Bull" sign was stuck there and several weeks ago. Then some concerned members tried to carefully remove it, but stopped when they found out it was going to rip the wall paper. I re-hung all the Palmer pictures to hide this for now. If you look at my FB pics you will notice it when the pledges have on black shirts (Fri night), but it is gone in all the others!
The other major damage was the 2 doors were "RIPPED" of their hinges in the upstairs kitchen on the old cabinets we repainted. The year old hinges were torn apart and bent. Obvious vandalism. I forgot to take pictures of that.
The window in the Technique Room closest to the sorority had a small rock thrown through it a few weeks ago. The rock was saved--surprisingly no blame was assigned.
There were some other smaller things too that were relatively easy to fix and not worth going into. You get the idea.
